Is it just taking advantage of lapse of security which is difficult to maintain everywhere all the time, as it is understood or are they passing over some substantial message to "just" judiciary system as a whole, which has power and which proactively make and perpetuate themselves empowered, to look and dig in every other problem of the individual, public,society and country as a whole???
